All fragrance & homewares orders will be processed within 2 days at our Rocklea warehouse and sent via Australia Post for a flat rate shipping charge of $9.
Please allow additional time for shipping to regional areas. Australian metro areas usually take 3-7 business days. Please contact us if you are on a deadline.
Indara is unable to refund or replace any orders which are scanned as delivered, as Australia Post is a trusted delivery service.
We also offer free local pick up from Graceville, QLD.
Returns
Each of our items is carefully packed with love and care and checked over before leaving our warehouse. On the odd occasion, damages can occur. If your product is damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@indara.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refunds will be offered at our discretion, and we will require photographic proof of any issues. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.
